This is a place to come back to yourself.

Through my story in "Carrying the Lantern: Learning to S.T.A.Y.", I share what it means to stay--through silence, and rebuilding--and how to light your way forward again.

What is S.T.A.Y.

S.T.A.Y. is the practice of coming back to yourself--again and again.

Speak Truth.

Trust Yourself.

Anchor Here.

You're OK.

About S.T.A.Y.

Not a formula--just a way to stay present when things feel uncertain

Explore how silence teaches us--and how it shapes the way we lead, respond, and relate.

S.T.A.Y. emerged from lived experience, not theory.

Get to know me.

My name is Heather Robinson.

--I'm an author, leader, speaker (and daughter, sister, wife, mom, and gramma)--sharingThe S.T.A.Y. Way with others.

My work didn't begin as a framework. It began in silence--through seasons of loss, uncertainty, and learning how to rebuild when life didn't look or react the way I thought it should. I didn't always have the language for what I was experiencing, but over time I learned how to stay present, speak the truth, anchor in faith and in the moment, and trust that I would be ok again.

S.T.A.Y. is the lens and the language that I didn't have then, but am so grateful for today. And I have chosen to share it to help others find their way back to themselves.

A Place to Start

Start with this intro to the S.T.A.Y. way- a short manuscript--intentionally written as a beginning and not the full story.  Learning to S.T.A.Y.: Shaped By Silence is a threshold text.  A lantern held up to one pattern: How the silence shapes us, protects us, and sometimes limits us.

It is not the full memoir.

It is the place to begin.

A way to slow down, notice what has shaped you, and start returning to yourself--one moment at a time.
